Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 18-65 years; smear positive or culture positive; X-ray or CT scan present active lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: combine serious disease or respiratory failure; combine diabetes mellitus and blood glucose uncontrolled; HIV+; combine mental disease; drug resistance tuberculosis; pregnancy or breastfeeding
