Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Standardized diagnosis and treatment of clinical cohort: patients diagnosed with middle or advanced esophageal cancer; 2. Minimally invasive treatment of early stage and precancerous lesion cohort: subjects diagnosed with early esophageal cancer or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia; 3. Genetic lineage cohort: esophageal cancer patients and at least two generations of his/her family members; 4. Prospective cohort based on rural high risk area population and urban community: subjects diagnosed with esophageal precancerous lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with other cancer; 2. Individuals with history of other severe diseases; 3. Individuals who are unwilling to sign the consent form.
