Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 40 years of age; 2. Female non-pregnancy or lactation; 3. No blood diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, lactating women; 2. The number of white blood cells below the lower limit of clinical reference value, and suffering from other blood diseases; 3. X-ray sensitive.
