Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Five level-three hospitals in the Pearl River Delta region were randomly selected for the study: (Guangzhou Nanfang Hospital, Dongguan Houjie Hospital, Zhuhai Maternal and Childcare Service Centre, Boai Hospital of Zhongshan, and Shenzhen Maternal and Childcare Service Centre). Newborns born within 1 week from this hospital.
