Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. adults aged more than 18 years old; 2. Mechanically Ventilated Patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The test drug allergies or other contraindications in patients; 2. Determine or suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics and alcohol-dependent patients 3. people who refuse to accept the study
