Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and normal people undergoing health check-up in Daping Hospital of Chongqing from Aug 2015 to May 2016. The people have lived in Chongqing at least more than 5 years, and are willing to accept the epidemiological investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. diagnosed as malignant tumor; 3. with a history of abdominal surgery; 4. with sever heart failure, liver failure and chronic kindey disease; 5. with mental illness.
