60 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chinese citizen; (2) aged between 60 and 89 years; (3) voluntary participation in this investigation with written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who had surgery or were hospitalized due to injury within 1 month; (2) significant weight loss(over 5%) within 3 months; (3) vegetarians or allergic to protein; (4) use of medications known to interfere with muscle metabolism(corticosteroids, anti-obesity drugs, et al); (5) HIV positive or active tuberculosis; (6) dementia or mental disorder; (7) unable to cooperate to complete the study.
