Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients must be diagnosed with HbH disease,ß-thalassemia intermedia or HbE/ßthalassemia by hemoglobin electrophoresis, peptide chain analysis and the thalassemia gene detects; 2. There were no regular blood transfusion in the course of the disease; 3. The patients must not accept anticoagulant therapy in a month recent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The serious primary disease involved with cardiovascular, liver and kidney organs or (and) inherited thrombophilia.
