Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with gestational age of 11-13 weeks; 2. Eligible individual who is previously healthy and without current medical situations; 3. Eligible individual provided written informed consent; 4. Eligible individual agreed for long-term follow-ups; 5. Eligible individual who is registered permanent residences.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals without written informed consent; 2. Individual who does not agree to participate in long-term follow-ups; 3. Individual with mental disorders or communication difficulty. 4. Individual with planned termination for pregnancy; 5. Individual with other medical complications; 6. Individual does not meet the inclusion criteria.
