Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Euthyroidism or subclinical hypothyrodism; 2. Gestational age<12 weeks; 3. Urine iodine<180ug/L; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune thyroiditis,atrophic thyroiditis, idiopathic hypothyroidism, etc; 2. Not complete follow-up and sample collection.
