Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Must meet the following conditions: 1. Female, aged > 18 years, the Han nationality; 2. Diagnosed as gestational diabetes during pregnancy and had routine metabolic assessment in postpartum 4-12 weeks; 3. The patients volunteered, had certain understanding, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any of the following can be excluded: 1. Diagnosed with diabetes before pregnancy; 2. Suffering from active or untreated malignancies, or clinical alleviate malignancies within five years before the screening; 3. Has a history of organ transplantation,need long-term administration of hormones or immunosuppressive agents; 4. Had a history of mental illness, cant cooperate with the follow-up; 5. Suffering from serious illness or physical weakness, which would make them unable to finish the study.
