Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-65 years; 2.BMI: 18.523.9, height: 155cm-178cm; 3.No persistent gastrointestinal symptoms in recent 3 months, andno acid reflux, regurgitation, heartburn andchest pain in recent 1 month; 4.No esophageal mucosa break in the endoscopy examination, andthe upper GI tract seems normal; 5.No prokinetics in recent 1 month; 6.Agree to attend this study andsign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Past history of gastrointestinal structural diseases; 2.Campylorrachis scoliosa andchest wall deformity; 3.History of chest andabdomen operation except Cesarean section andoperation for appendicitis; 4.Any diseases affecting GI tract motility, for example, hypertension, DM, renal function failure, thyroid diseases, connective diseases andmental disorders; 5.Abnormalities of lab tests: fasting blood sugar, hepatic enzyme(ALT,AST), renal function(BUN,Cr) andECG; 6.Pregnant andbreast feeding women; 7.People who attends other clinic trials in resent 3 months; 8.Refuse to assign informed consent.
