Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged <=35 years; 2. patients <=50 years andwith 1 relative A <=50 years having breast cancer and(or) 1 or more than 1 relatives of any age for epithelial ovarian cancer / fallopian tube cancer / primary peritoneal cancer patients a single body; 3. a patients with 2 primary breast cancers Bandthe first onset age <=50 years old; 4. age is not restricted, while 2 or more than 2 relatives with onset of any close relatives of breast cancer and(or) epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal carcinoma cancer; 5. patients were male, or having blood relationship close male relatives with breast cancer; 6. patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube carcinoma, primary peritoneal cancer history. (1) relative: the first, two or three.degree relatives; (2) 2 primary breast cancers, including 2 or more definite different sources of primary breast cancers in the same side of the breast, or bilateral breast cance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. do not agree to participate in this study, or have no informed consent; 2. can not provide blood samples; 3. non primary breast cancer, or bilateral breast cancer for the side of the breast cancer metastasis to the contralateral side; 4. lack of clear diagnosis of breast cancer; 5. patients younger than 18 years old without legal guardian consent.
