Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receive selective noncardiac surgeries, under general anesthesia or regional aneshtesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Existing preoperative fever or hypothermia; 2) Conditions need to manipulate body temperature to protect organs intraoperatively; 3) Diagnosed sweat glanddysfunction; 4) Active external auditory meatus diseases; 5) Refuse to participate this study.
