17 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The gastrointestinal fistula patients undergoing definitive operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age younger than 17 years; 2. Comorbidities of infections from other sites, such as lung infection, urinary system infection, catheter-related infections, and skin and soft tissue infections, etc.; 3. Usage of antibiotics within a week prior to the definite operations; 4. Allergies to the antibiotics used in this study; 5. Emergent surgery, intra-abdominal irrigation, abdominal exploration, and enterostomy, etc; 6. Pregnant; 7. Long-term use of cortisteroids, whose withdrawl time shorter than 3 months; 8. Subject has any kind of disorder that compromises the ability of the subject to comply with study procedures.
