Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were pathologically diagnosed as breast cancer after sugery in West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Matched normal tissue or whole blood sample for the tumor tissue is available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The percentage of tumor cells in tumor tissues is less than 50%.
