Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients of four cancer management department, thoracic surgical department, hepatobiliary surgical department, Thyroid gland and Breast Surgical department, Gastrointestinal Surgical department and Urology department in west china hospital; 2. Age between 16 and 90 years; 3. The diagnosis is based on pathology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. unconscious patients; 2. difficulty in communication; 3. rejecting the survey.
