Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All individuals on Anjouan island,Union of Comoros; passengers transiting at the at airport (one), wharf (one), and village ports (97) throughout the island from December 2012 to December 2014
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals excluded from the study were: pregnant women within 12 weeks of conception, children < six months old, patients with chronic liver or kidney diseases, and people who did not want to take part in the study.
