Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select abdominal and chest injury who is caused by earthquake and hospitalized patients, chest and abdominal vascular injury is definite diagnosised by clinical doctors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pre-hospital patients have died.
