Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Brain death of traumatic brain injury or cerebral vascular accident patients; 2. Agree to unpaid organ donors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A pathological diagnosis confirmed the presence of inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease); 2. The presence of IBS after epidemiological investigation.
