18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) who were consent; (2) healthy dwellers of age above 18;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver disease history (icluding all kinds of hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer) or sugury on liver; 2. mental disease, such as PKD, dementia, depression, BD, AZD, schizophrenia, epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease; 3. psychoactive medications in 4 weeks; 4. alcohol intake>50g/d; 5. red-green color blindness, dyslexia, impaired comprehension.
