Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who are inhabitants in Community Xiaoguan, District Chaoyang, Beijing; 2. patients who are still alive after diagnosed between 2006 and 2011; 3. patients who sign the consent form after understanding the research.contents thoroughly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are mentally disordered, on their deathbed or too ill to complete the investigation; 2. patients whose condition are concealed by the family members; 3. patients who decline to be included in the investigation or sign the informed consent form.
