Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Initial diagnosis group: 1. initially diagnosed as primary breast cancer through pathology in our hospital or initially diagnosed at other hospital then verified by pathologist of our hospital; 2. Male or female 18-75 years old. Chemotherapy group: 1. Having been diagnosed as breast cancer through pathology; 2. During systematic chemotherapy of breast cancer(before the 5th or 6th cycle of chemotherapy); 3. Male or female 18-75 years old. Post-systematic treatment group: 1. Breast cancer patients with a history of standard systematic therapy more than 3 months in our hospital; 2. Male or female 18-75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied with trauma, infection, recent surgery or pregnancy breast cancer; 2. Accompanied with other endocrine diseases, such as: acromegaly, Cushing disease, glucagonoma, pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism, somatostatinoma, aldosteronoma, etc.; 3. Taking medicine affecting blood glucose but cannot be stopped, such as: glucocorticoid, thyroid hormone, diazoxide, adrenergic agonist, thiazine diuretic, dilantin, etc.; 4. A patient cannot be included in chemotherapy group repeatedly.
