Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women living locally for at least 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women living locally less than 2 years; 2. with personal or family thyroid disorder history; 3. with anti-thyroid drugs, iodine supplement, or estrogen; 4. with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. with endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian premature or other gynecological diseases; 6. with recurrent miscarriage; 7. with severe vomiting, trophoblastic disease or Top aura son; 8. with iodine less than 150ug/L or more than 500ug/L.
