Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In combination with The Gout Diagnostic Criteria which is established by American Rheumatism Association in 1997 and The Blood Uric Acid Diagnostic Criteria in China, we draw up a hyperuricemia diagnostic criteria: Males blood uric acid > 417umo1/L(7.0mg/ml), female's blood uric acid > 357umol/L(6.0mg/ml).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: According to the history of disease and laboratory examination to exclude the following people, those who suffer from blood disease that lead to the nucleic acid hypermetabolism, Hyperthyroidism, hepatorenal function insufficiency and various cancers after radiotherapy or chemotherapy, people who take these drugs which promote the uric acid excretion recently should be excluded. Such as Double hydrogen grams of urine, Pyrazinamide class, thiazide, etc.
