Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The database establishment of coronary heart disease syndromes and the research of distribution rules;Inclusion criteria:Diagnosed patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease;Accord with the standard of TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease;Being conscious and able to cooperate with collecting clinical information;aged over 60 under 80;The ones acknowledging and consenting with the survey;(2) The contrastive case study of coronary heart disease syndromes and distribution rules;selecting the final offspring of hospitalized patients in 5-10 centered provincial hospital in the north, south, east and west as research object (aged 37 to 55 );The non-coronary heart disease people and their final offspring in the same community. Selecting 20 parent patients with the frequency distribution of the first and second syndromes and 20 direct offspring of them. Healthy voluntary parents and their direct offspring 20 people respectively (10 male and 10 female in each group) with no diseases such as cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases, endocrine in the physical examination and laboratory examination in the same community with the recommended hospitalized patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The research of coronary heart disease syndromes database and the distribution of rules: (1) The ones do not meet the above diagnostic criteria; Aged under 60; With other heart diseases such as hyperthyroidism heart disease, valvular heart disease or with severe functional insufficiency of liver and kidney , blood system tumor, endocrine disorders, etc.; Other systemic diseases that can increase the mortality: such as cardiac shock, highly atrioventricular block, severe ventricular arrhythmia, obstruction type of cardiomyopathy, constrictive pericarditis, non-repair valve disease, cardiac tamponade; Pulmonary embolism; The ones with a obvious infection; The ones refuse to cooperate or cannot cooperate suffer from mental disorders; (2) the contrastive case study of coronary syndromes and distribution rules; people aged under 37; People with mental illness that cannot do self-assessment of their physical conditions; Outpatients and inpatients in a critical condition and cannot understand the questionnaire; The ones with no acknowledging or consent; The ones fail to complete the questionnaire or fill in carelessly and do not listen to persuasion in the process of the survey.
