Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic renal failure (CKD3-5 period), eGFR fluctuations <30% in nearly three months; (2) Aged between 15 and 80 years old; (3) Patients with informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute renal failure; (2) Hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis patients; (3) Serious Cardiovascular Diseases (except for Hypertensive Renal Disease), Endocrine Diseases(except for Diabetic nephropathy), liver Diseases, hematopoietic system Diseases and other serious diseases; (4) Patients with intestinal tumor, severe hemorrhoids, rectal stenosis and other intestinal lesions; (5) Patients with mental illness; (6) Pregnance or lactating women; (7) Patients who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with the investigation.
