Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting KDIGO March 2012 Published AKI diagnostic criteria for clinical practice guidelines, in line with one of the following conditions can be selected: (1) 48 hours Scr increased over 26.5umol/L (0.3 mg/dl); (2) Scr 1.5 times higher than baseline - 7 days to confirm or speculate occurred; (3) Urine output 24 hours; 4) initial diagnosis, initial treatment;? signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. maintenance hemodialysis patients; 2. chronic renal failure based on the occurrence of acute kidney injury; 3. organ transplant patients; 4. patients with mental diseases or other causes that can't comply with the treatment.
