Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Angina pectoris combined with arterial atherosclerotic cerebral infarction:Comply with the diagnostic criteria of angina pectoris and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (2 weeks -8 weeks) at the same time;Age: from 35 to 85; Signed Informed consent.Heart disease: Comply with the diagnostic criteria of angina pectoris;Age: from 35 to 85; Signed Informed consent. Encephalopathy: Comply with the diagnostic criteria of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (2 weeks -8 weeks); Age: from 35 to 85; Signed Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Angina pectoris combined with arterial atherosclerotic cerebral infarction: 1. Rheumatic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, high heart disease and other non-coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; 2. Myocardial infarction, silent myocardial ischemia, ischemic cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease; 3. Cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, transient ischemic attacks, lacunar infarction; 4. In addition to atherosclerotic cerebral infarction of other reasons, such as arteritis, brain tumor, brain trauma, brain parasites, metabolic disorders, polycythemia vera, thromboembolism, intracranial vascular malformations, cerebral amyloidosis, etc; 5. The patient refused to sign informed consent. Heart disease: Rheumatic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, high heart disease and other non-coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients; (2) Myocardial infarction, silent myocardial ischemia, ischemic cardiomyopathy and other non-coronary atherosclerosis in patients with heart disease; (3) The atherosclerosis hardening of the brain infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack in patients with lacunar infarction; (4)In addition to atherosclerotic cerebral infarction of other reasons, such as arteritis, brain tumor, brain trauma, brain parasites, metabolic disorders, polycythemia vera, thromboembolism, intracranial vascular malformations, cerebral amyloidosis, etc.; (5)The patient refused to sign informed consent.
