Acute ischemic stroke within 72 hours.

Interventions

NGT group:Normal glucose tolerance: FPG = 6.1 mmol/L and =7.8 mmol/L and =11.1 mmol/L in 14 days after attack. No intervention
IFH group:Isolated fasting hyperglycemia: FPG >=7.0 mmol/L and OGTT2HPG =7.0 mmol/L and OGTT2HPG >=11.1 mmol/L in 14 days after attack. No intervention
C-IGT group:Combinated impaired glucose tolerance: FPG >=6.1 mmol/L and =7.8 mmol/L and <11.1 mmol/L in 14 days after attack. No intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: New acute ischemic stroke within 72 hours with NIHSS >4, which is due to occlusion of cerebral artery and confirmed by CT or MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cerebral hemorrhage; Infection, severe viscera impairment and other consuming diseases; Enteral nutrition or venous nutrition; Unable to perform OGTT due to unconsciousness or other digestive diseases; Patients involved to other investigations
