Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The Dujiangyan senior citizen who is more over 90 years old in 2005. Age confirmation which is according to the combination of household register, ID card and animal representation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The old man above 90 years who is death, goes out old and refuses to be visited during the investigation period.
