Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients: in accordance with the WHO diagnosis criteria in 1999; treated by diet therapy, exercise and oral hypoglycemic agents; no insulin treatment;Population with no diabetes, metabolic disorder, chronic hepatic and renal disease: excluding persons with diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia and diseases influencing the metabolism of serum calcium and vitamin D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The diseases influencing the metabolism of serum calcium and vitamin D: parathyroid gland diseases, thyroid gland diseases, cushing syndrome, sexual dysfunction, hypopituitarism, metabolic osteopathy, rheumatic osteopathy, malaborption syndrome, history of gastrointestinal surgery, cancer, long term bed rest; The drugs influencing the metabolism of serum calcium and vitamin D: glucocorticosteroid, thyroid hormone, steroid hormone, estrogen, diphosphate, fluorides, thiazine diuretics, vitamin D and its derivatives, calcium agent; Chronic hepatic and renal disease.
