Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients correspond the diagnostic criteria for hypertension made out by revision committee of Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in China in 2010, belonging to one gradetwo grade or three gradewhose hypertension duration is more five years,age from 40 to75 at their initial visit in our hospital. At least one time that is exposed to different Jiangyabao according to the Syndrome Differentiation of Hypertensive after their initial clinic visit. All people joined this study with informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Once with cerebral apoplexy or/and myocardial infarction patients, Secondary hypertension patients, pregnant women, psychiatric patients, and combined Malignant Tumor, severe renal failure, Liver Cirrhosis,severe heart failure at their initial visit in our hospital;The patients whose Accent is not clear or that can not correctly uderstander and answer the questions.
