Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The parents in eligible families should be born between October 1, 1959, and September 30, 1961 or between October 1, 1962, and September 30, 1964. 2. All participating families consisted of mother, father, and at least one of their own children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The incomplete and poor compliance family.
