Patients with coronary atherosclerosis:Test serum biochemical markers in venous blood
follow up for 3 years
and divide the patients into cohort of patients with cardiac events and cohort of patients without cardiac events

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or non-pregnant females; aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris (initial onset, accelerated angina and angina at rest); 3. Coronary angiography shows that stenosis of the main branches (left main coronary artery, anterior descending branch, circumflex branch and right coronary artery) of non-PCI coronary artery >20%; localized lesions and at least stenosis of one branch =2.25mm; 5. Willing to be followed up and evaluated; 6. Sign the informed content forms approved by ethnics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction with ST elevation 2. Combined with valves diseases 3. Combined with cardiomyopaty 4. Re-stenosis after stent placement; 5. Patients with coronary artery bypass grafting; 6. Complete occlusion of vessels confirmed by coronary angiography (TIMI Grade 0); 7. Left ventricular ejection fraction 2.5mg/dl in male and >2.0mg/dl in female; 11. Hepatic insufficiency, baseline for liver enzyme >triple of normal value; 12. Organic damage of central nervous system within 3 months; 13. Patients with heart transplantation; 14. Advanced tumors; 15. Patients with multiple organ failure; 16. Patients whose expected life <3 years; 17. Patients participating in other clinical trials without completing primary outcomes within 30 days before the study; 18. Patients with poor compliance, failing to complete the follow-ups or the study.
