Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese han race population; 2. 40 to 80 years of age; 3. To comform to the diagnosis and treatment guideline of COPD which was revised by Chinese Medical Association epidemiology branch of breathing; 4. pulmonary function: FEV1<80%Pred, FEV1/FVC<0.70, bronchial dilation test is negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy women (X-Chest might be in fetal risks); 2. pulmonary diseases: eliminate have in addition to asthma outside the other pulmonary disease history (such as pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, etc.); 3. one or more lobectomy combined with history; 4. treatment of adanced cancer, suspected lung cancer (lung properties unknown bump); 5. eye surgery patients; 6. acute myocardial infarction, other acute phase heart disease; 7. accept the chest or abdominal cavity radiation therapy of the patients; 8. cannot tolerate albuterol patients; 9. multiple ethnic patients; 10. COPD patients with acute aggravating symptoms in the clinical symptoms stabilize 1 months after registration into groups.
