20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male infertility patients and male healthy volunteers are recruited from ten reproductive centers in Zhejiang province
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. aged over forty; 2. central nervous system diseases (i.e. pituitary diseases); 3. organic diseases of reproductive system (i.e. hypospadias genital malformation, varicocele and hydrocele of tunica vaginalis etc.); 4. sexual dysfunction; 5. infection of genitourinary system; 6. renal dysfunction; 7. severe systemic disease; 8. alcoholism; 9. cancer; 10. mental disease; 11. long-term or recent using of hormonal drugs; 12. other chronic diseases (diabetes, hematological system diseases, thyroid disease etc.)
