Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study the research object from the northern region to Sanya, Hainan winter stable COPD patients (migratory bird group, GOLD lung function graded as class II-IV), northern region in patients with stable COPD (northern group, GOLD pulmonary function gradedclass II-IV) and the northern region of the same age, health examination (control group).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute exacerbation of COPD, GOLD grading I
