Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: B ultrasound/CT suggests hepatocelluar carcinoma and AFP>=200ng/ml; alcohol intake>=70g/w for no less than 5 years in man;alcohol intake>=35g/w for no less than 5 years in woman.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastatic hepatic carcinoma, inflammatory pseudotumor, autoimmune liver disease, inherited liver disease
