18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who decided to participate in the study; 2. To be aged from 18 to 80 years; 3. chest radiology or CT scan highly suspicious for lung cancer,or smokers>=40 years of age(>=20 pack-years) with respiratory symptoms such as hemoptysis or cough.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who did not want to participate in the study; 2. uncontrolled arrhythmia,severe hypertension or chronic heart failure; 3. rencent mycocardial infarction or unstable angina ectoris; 4. recent use of anticoagulant such as aspirin; 5. unresolved coagulopathies; 6. performance status ECOG>=3; 7. allergy to anesthetics.
