41 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. comfirmed or suspected atherosclerotic disease of the head and neck arteries; 2. agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following conditions will be excluded: 1.Participated in this study; 2. Minor and/or serious mental disorder; 3. Pregnant or lactating; 4. Allergic history or hypersensitivity reactions with iodine contrast medium, hypersensitivity with allergen (including drugs); 5. Hyperthyroidism; 6. Myasthenia gravis; 7. Severe renal insufficiency (Serum creatinine>=177umol/L); 8. Comfirmed or suspected Diabetic nephropathy and/or Homocystinuria; 9. Severe pulmonary and heart disease (Severe pulmonary arterial hypertension,Bronchial spasm, congestive heart failure and so on); 10. End stage of Malignant tumor and or Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome; 11. Weight more than 90kg; 12. Stenosis of head and neck arteries because of non-atherosclerotic disease (Takayasu's arteritis, Moyamoya disease, Trauma and so on; 13. Pheochromocytoma.
