invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA)

Gold Standard:Diagnostic criteria for IPA is based on the 2008 EORTC/MSG framework and necessary modifications are made: 1.URD is added as a host factor
2.Less-circumscribed infiltrate is added as a radiological criterion and is temporally related to current episode. Patients are classified as proven, probable or no IPA.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing to be investigated and sign informed consent; 2. Patients with underlying respiratory diseases; 3. To be able to tolerate sputum induction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering haematological malignancies; 2. A history of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or solid-organ transplantation; 3. Failure to obtain sputum samples.
