Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. obese patients (BMI>=30 kg/m2) with suspected CAD; 2. Patients age: 18-85.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe arrhythmia; heart failure; 2. coronary stent implantation or coronary artery bypass surgery; 3. severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <=120umol/L); 4. pregnant or allergy to iodinated contrast; 5. atrial fibrillation or frequent premature systole.
