45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with completely resected stage II–III Esophageal cancer and need to receive chemotherapy; (2) Have no other history of malignancy; (3) Have signed the patient consent form; (4) Aged 45-60; (5) The heart, lung, liver and kidney function are basically normal, ECOG performance score is 0 to 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Distant metastases including liver, lung and bone etc.; (2) Patients who suffer from other serious diseases, including cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney, or liver disease, and suffer from uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus; (3) Mental disorders; (4) Patients who has participated or are participating in other clinical trials in the last 4 weeks; (5) Suffer from other malignant tumors; (6) Patients who suffer from active infections (cause fever above 38 Centigrade); (7) Patients who are insubordinate; (8) Patients with other clinical and laboratory conditions who are considered that should not participate in the experiment by the researchers.
