18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged more than 18 years old; 2. Histologically confirmed newly diagnosed malignant gliomas (WHO grade 3 or 4); 3. Planned treatment for glioblastoma is standard radiation and temozolomide; 4. Measurable disease; 5. Life expectancy more than at least 3 months; 6. Able to undergo MRI and PET scans; 7. On stable dose of steroids for 5 days prior to each MRI scan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering study or not recovered from adverse events from prior therapy; 2. Receiving any other study agents to treat tumor; 3. History of allergic reactions to compounds of similar chemical of MRI or PET; 4. Uncontrolled intercurrent illness; 5. Pregnant or nursing; 6. HIV-positive.
