Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Outpatients and inpatients with chronic kidney Disease; (2) aged 18-80 years; (3) The patient is no communication barriers, have certain understanding for a survey questionnaire(4)Agree to attend this study and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute kidney disease; (2) Any department of internal medicine disease affecting understanding and communication,for example, heart failure, respiratory failure; (3) Patients with mental sickness; (4) Patients can not cooperate
