50 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 50 to 74; (2) Primary lung cancer patients with pathological diagnosis and without clinical treatment; (3) Healthy subjects whose possibility of lung cancer had been ruled out using low dose computed tomography screening for three consecutive years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those people who have diabetes, other malignant tumors except lung cancer, asthma, severe liver dysfunction, end-stage renal disease and acute inflammation are excluded.
