Early cancer of upper gastrointestinal diseases

Interventions

Gold Standard:1. The histological diagnostic criteria were based on the Updated Sydney for the classifcation and grading of gastritis and oesophagitis
2. the precancerosis and carcinoma of esophagus and stomach were diagnosed according to the Vienna classification
3. The Qilu diagnostic criteria were used to classification disease.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. 18-80 years old; 2. Patients need to take confocal endoscopy or NBI examination and have corresponding pathologic examination results; 3. Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. History of esophagectomy/gastrectomy or acute gastrointestinal bleeding, advanced adenocarcinoma of the GI tracts; 2. Diseases that intolerance to gastroscopy including coagulation dysfunction, impaired renal function, severe lung disease and known allergy to fluorescein; 3. Pregnancy or lactating women; 4. Inability to give informed consent; 5. The poor quality of confocal or NBI images which are unable for diagnosis.
