22 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women with 24-28 weeks without overt diabetes; (2) patients who were willing to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women with known type 1 or type 2 diabetes; (2) overt gestational diabetes mellitus by the first prenatal diagnosis of 75g OGTT; (3) other serious diseases (chronic hypertension, connective tissue disease, endocrine disorders, severe liver and kidney disease), pregnant women as chronic drug (i.e. steroid hormone) users; (4)pregnant women refused to participate in the study .
