Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the conventional colonoscopy; 2. Patients intending to remove adenoma under colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 2. History of colorectal surgery; 3. Liver kidney and heart dysfunction.
